The mountain in town Roc Gyms is a building that is dedicated to climbing. It is the first indoor climbing center in Québec. Since its creation in 1993, its owner Mr. François-Guy Thivierge improves its installation year after year. With a huge room for top rope and lead climbing! In 2003, the creation of a boulder room was created to respond to the increasing demand in bouldering. In 2006, a third room was made and filled with canopy circuits that allow familial, institutional and corporative packages. The Roc Gyms is located at 2350 ave. du Colisée, with the Colisée for a neighbor. The parking is free and easy to access from the boulevard Hamel, de la Capitale and the Laurentien highway.
