Roc Gyms

Roc Gyms is a renovated climbing center dedicated to indoor climbing located at 2350 avenue du Colisée in Quebec City (next to the Colisée Pepsi). Founded by François Guy Thivierge in 1993, the first of its kind in Quebec, Roc Gyms offers a 40-feet high climbing room. (12.2 meters) The 75 color-coded routes are changed regularly. It also offers two large rooms for bouldering.

L'Ascensation Climbing School

Founded in 1989, L'Ascensation promotes and organizes adventure activities and climbing courses (indoor, rock and ice climbing). Its head office is located at Roc Gyms. We are members of Aventure Écotourisme Québec, Fédération Québécoise de la Montagne, Office du Tourisme de Québec et de Charlevoix, and Association des Entreprises Canadiennes Indépendantes.

Aventurex

Founded in 2005, Aventurex specializes in organizing packages of mountain adventure, indoor, rock and ice climbing, as well as motivational activities. Its head office is located at Roc Gyms.
